Tier 1:
Foundation Package
The Foundation Package provides your scholar with one tutoring session per week. During each session, they will work with a certified teacher who offers personalized support tailored
to their individual learning needs.
Tier 2:
Growth Package
The Growth Package provides your child with two tutoring sessions per week. During each session, they will work with a certified teacher who focuses on strengthening areas of need and providing enrichment opportunities to promote academic growth.

Meet Ashley Allen and Kimberly Bailey, the dynamic duo with over 18 years of delivering academic and innovative experiences to students in grades K-12. We are two certified educators who are passionate about student learning. Our goal is to meet each child where they are and provide individualized learning experiences in efforts to close educational learning gaps. Our mission is to ensure that each child we reach "Shows And Grows Academically" in the content areas of reading, math, science, and history.

Jasmine McKay
Hello, I’m Jasmine McKay. I’m a proud graduate of Virginia Union University, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. I also hold a Master’s degree in Administration and Supervision. I’ve been in education for 11 years, including nine years as a middle school math teacher. Currently, I serve as a Math Instructional Coach at an elementary school, where I support both students and teachers in building strong math foundations.
In addition to my work in the classroom, I’ve coached basketball throughout all 11 years of my career. Ever since I was a child, I’ve known I wanted to be an educator. I’m passionate about helping students grow, challenge themselves, and reach their full potential.

My name is Mr. Atkinson and I am a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a Masters Degree in Elementary Education. I am currently a second-grade teacher in Richmond Public Schools. I believe that every child can learn when given the tools they need to thrive. I am passionate about literacy and helping students become strong readers. Reading is one of the most important skills we can teach our children to ensure their future success. Being a part of my students' educational journey - helping them realize they can accomplish what they set out to achieve - is a rewarding experience.

My name is Ms. Brittany Thomas, and I am a proud graduate of Virginia State University with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. I have been teaching for eight years and began tutoring with SAGA Prep as an opportunity to extend myself beyond the classroom. Currently, I am a fourth-grade teacher, but I have experience working with students in grades 1, 3, 4, and 5. I am passionate about education and look forward to supporting each and every student with the skills and knowledge they need to be successful. Together, we can make a meaningful impact on students’ learning and growth!

My name is Mr. Crenshaw, and I am a proud graduate of North Carolina A&T State University. I have been in education for 12 years and currently serve as a first-grade teacher. Throughout my career, I have worked with students in grades K–5, specializing in math and foundational reading skills. I am passionate about creating engaging, individualized learning experiences that meet each scholar where they are and help them grow in both skill and confidence. I believe every child has the ability to succeed when given the right tools, and I am committed to building that foundation one session at a time.
